Delivery coverage:
We ship plants all over India via DTDC & Delhivery Courier Services  from our farm at Nilgiris .
-We do not ship plants out of India at present.
Shipping Method:
-Plants will be shipped bare-root without pot or potting mixture, meticulously wrapped, and placed in a strong & sturdy box to ensure safety during transit.
-Orders with 1 to 4 plants will be shipped via Delhivery courier,while orders with five or more plants will be sent using DTDC air service
Dispatch Process:
-When an order is placed, we typically require one to two days for dispatch to ensure the plants are moisture-free before the packing process.This timeframe may vary depending on the weather conditions. If there is any delay from the normal timing, we will inform in advance.
-As soon as the order is placed, we will inform of the shipping date through a phone call or message.
Shipping Charges:
The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. Shipping charges may vary based on product volume, type and shipping destination.
Transit Risk:
-If any damages occur during transit due to our packing mistake, we will replace the damaged plants.
-We carefully plan our shipments, accounting for holidays during transit, and monitor each dispatch until it reaches its final destination, aiming to prevent delays However, we are not liable for delayed shipments due to service interruptions or failures caused by the courier, which are beyond our control
Adress changes:
-Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order and cannot be rerouted to another address after the order is dispatched. However, changes to the address can be accepted before dispatch

 

     At Succulent Gallery, we prioritize the quality of our products. All items undergo meticulous inspection before leaving our farm, ensuring we ship disease-free and high-quality plants. Please note, due to the fragile nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns, as they might not survive the two-way shipping process. However, if your plants arrive damaged, we are pleased to offer replacements.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • No Root: Plants without roots  upon arrival
  • Root Rot: Severe root infection or rot qualifies for replacement
  • Broken Stems: Plants delivered with completely broken stems are eligible for replacement
  • Disease or Rotten Plants: Plants arrived with conditions like fungus or rot
  • Pest/Infection: Plants with pest infections such as mealybugs, aphids, or scale
  • Completely Fallen Leaves: Plants with numerous broken or fallen leaves

To request a replacement, please inform us immediately after unboxing your order, providing your order number for reference through email, WhatsApp, or phone call.

Not Covered Under Quality Guarantee for Replacement:

  • Customer Mind Change :
    Returns or replacements are not acceptable for customer mind change.
  • Dried or Wilted Bottom Leaves:
    It's natural for a couple of mature bottom leaves to fall during packaging and transit, which is common for healthy plants and is not considered as damage
  • Soil Particles on Leaves:
    cocopeat dust or soil particles can Easily brushed or washed off during the first watering which cannot concider as damage.
  • Slight Color or Pattern Variation from Photograph:
    We make every effort to ensure that the plants we provide are no smaller than the size and color indicated in the images listed on the website. However, please be aware that as live plants, they may experience slight color variations or changes in size due to seasonal and weather fluctuations. These natural differences cannot be grounds for return or exchange, as they are beyond our control

-The Damage Products will be replaced only along with the next order
-If any plants are missed in the package,should be informed as soon as accept the shipment
