I ordered 15 succulents, mostly multiheads, and as you can see in the picture barely 6-7 leaves in total had fallen off in 5 days of transit (to Indore) the packing was so amazing. The owner is super polite and keeps in track with you as soon as you place your order. The plants look even better than in the photos and are all healthy with very healthy and big root system. Definitely the best purchase of succulents I've ever done!!

It was a wonderful experience shopping plants through Succulent Gallery.Received all plants in healthy condition and packing was very nice.Above all Mr.Siyad is a very friendly person and had explained about caring of plants in very detail.He is not like a businessman who just wants to sell plants but is also a nice person who wants his plants to be taken care of wherever it is transported.A note kept along with the package ,explaining in detail about the caring of succulents is a proof for that.

Ordered 5 plants to Siliguri, WestBengal. Plants arrived in good condition as they looked healthy & great. PROCESS OF BUYING: Easy as one might think. Pick the plants & proceeds to pay, that's it. if there is a second thoughts on the purchase the Succulent Gallery team/owner was supportive to replace the plant and advice on what is a good purchase given the distance of journey. PACKAGING: Plants were packaged with outmost care and thought. Plants were packed to keep them well hydrated for the journey. DELIVERY: DTDC services were used, which are normally good given the services other vendors use. We, collectively, messed up the address on the packaging but Succulent Gallery team/owner did all he could(talking to DTDC & coordinating) for timely delivery. SG team/owner kept in touch all the time until the plants arrived at the address by updating on the status of the courier. ADD ON BONUS: SG team/ owner even took time out to talk over the phone and advise on the soiling of the plants , how to acclimatize & settle the plants. ALL IN ALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE & WOULD DEFINITELY TURN BACK AGAIN.
